Extremely Thorough and Very Approachable

Adrianna reviewed an employment separation agreement for me after I co tasted her through Avvo. The agreement was intimidating and I had a short timeline to consider it. Adrianna responded quickly and in a very professional, efficient manner that was also friendly and inspired my confidence. She wa...s very forthright in all our conversations and very patient with my questions (I had more than a few). She cited specific code sections in her advice and evaluated decisions from a risk perspective, which I found both useful and honest. Adrianna always responded in a very timely manner to my communications and was very straightforward about fees, which I found very reasonable. I would be happy to have her counsel again on any employment issue or litigation!

Shannon's Cold Response

When I first spoke with Katie Ahrens, the assistant of Adrianna Shannon, she assured me that after she forwarded the requested info on my legal claim, Shannon would contact me directly to discuss my case, and possibly meet with me. I did exactly what she asked of me, but Shannon did not. Instead,... Ahrens relayed, apparently at Shannon's behest, that I should contact the Department of Labor, which Shannon repeated in your belated e-mail to me. Her terse response was thoroughly unhelpful and improper – the legal focus of my claim of a company's denial of vacation repayment hinges on interpretation of company policy, which an attorney would litigate, not the Department of Labor. Of course Shannon was free to decline my or any case, but I trust she believes (or at least will say) that she seeks to help an aggrieved employee advance their case forward, even in a brief phone call, which would have sufficed. Instead, she offered me a useless decline, contrary to Ms. Ahrens’ promise, and after I spent my time gathering and sending the info that she requested, I am left at the same place now as I was before I contacted her. Consumer beware that if you aren't potentially aiding Shannon's bottom line, she will offer you nothing.

Well-versed and Highly Recommended Attorney

Adrianna Shannon has done a number of legal projects for my company all of which have been completed far beyond my expectation. For example, she worked with management as well as our HR staff to train, educate and advise as well as design programs that ensured our continued compliance with state, an...d federal laws as well as industry standards. Mrs. Shannon’s approach to contractual law is better than any attorney I’ve worked with in the past. She has a creative mind; she writes contracts that are very fair but also protect her clients’ wellbeing now and well into the future. She cares about her clients; her investment in their lives and businesses is obvious with every interaction. I feel protected knowing she is in our corner.

Eden vs The City of Delano

I was terminated and feel that I had been retaliated against for reporting illegal activities in the workplace ... I contacted Ms Shannon by phone and she listened to me explain the situation to her for over a hour . After talking to her I felt a huge relief , mainly because she listened very closely... to me and asked a number of really good questions . That was almost two years ago and every time we conferred I feel that she cares about me as well as seeing justice served . Over the years I have hired a number of attorneys but in my opinion, not one comes close to being at the same level as Ms Shannon . I feel blessed and privileged that Ms Shannon is representing me .
