We were referred to Attorney Nick Levine following an unfortunate vehicle versus pedestrian accident. Honest, intelligent, confident, detail-oriented and extremely dedicated are just some of the qualities I would use to describe Nick. With travel being an issue, Nick was very accommodating, communicating primarily through phone, text or fax. Nick and his team promptly addressed all our unique and specific questions, and consistently kept us up-to-date on the status of our case. What impressed me most about Nick was his compassion and accessibility. Nick would take calls when he was out of the office for business, early morning, after hours and even weekends. He was always knowledgeable, pleasant and genuinely concerned. We were so thankful to have been introduced to Nick and have him handling our case. To put it simply, he is an AWESOME attorney and we highly recommend him.

These guys took me through the process of trademarking and getting my LLC registered. In addition last year they helped me acquire my second company and handled all my needs with enthusiasm and care. They are constantly looking out for me and my business and frequently contact me without provocation to inform me of things I might need to look at or address and provide explanation on the best course of action. Nick helped me with a very messy situation involving a residential lease agreement and a very vindictive family. He was incredibly empathic during the whole ordeal and was able to come up with a solution and follow through in a short amount of time.

I was recently offered my first book deal, so I consulted with Nick regarding the contract. I met with Nick at his office, and his associate joined us on the phone despite being home sick. Nick had thoroughly prepared for our consultation, having made notes on sections of the contract that he wanted to bring to my attention. Nick walked through each section of the contract, explaining what the legal jargon meant and answering any questions I had. He anticipated issues I hadn't thought of and indicated how the contract might need to be renegotiated based on some of the things we discussed.
I brought up an additional point for consideration right at the end of our meeting, and Nick made sure to look into it and sent me an additional follow up email afterwards with his final recommendations.
Overall, Nick and his associate were prepared, thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me and looking out for my best interests. I will definitely seek out Nick's help with any further contract negotiations or other legal matters.
