An attorney for the client

I hired Sam Wayne to litigate a case involving the FCRA, and federal student loan system. It was complicated, the trial Court was uninterested and unfair, often refusing to see how the dots connected, and without Sam's close attention to detail: would have been disposed of. At the end of the ordeal, after the Court dealt me one last bit of unfairness by abridging my constitutional right to a jury trial and verdict, Sam negotiated a settlement that maximized my return and didn't leave me with a huge tax burden. Sam is a rare attorney; one who looks beyond his overhead and works to obtain relief for his clients.

Excellent service and advice!

I hired Sam after the original attorney I hired dropped the ball and admitted to the court that he was incompetent! Sam picked up the pieces, fixed the mess from the original attorney and got us a quick settlement in which I didn't pay a cent from my pockets! In fact, I walked away with a little cash! The money we spent on Sam's services was well spent!! Besides it's a write-off!! He provides excellent value as well! I would hire him again and again...

Highly recommend

Sam Wayne represented me in a case regarding a noncompete with a former employer. He was thorough and diligent in investigating and explaining all of the options. Sam is thoughtful with his clients and goes out of his way to answer any and all questions that his clients have. Great credit repair counsel

Sam is an exceptional attorney. I hired him to represent me in a credit repair case and was more than pleased with the results. Sam is thoughtful, diligent, and knowledgeable. He understands the anxiety that surrounds issues related to one's credit report and does an excellent job assuaging concerns, setting realistic expectations, and clarifying any questions you may have as a client. Through working with Sam I was able to achieve a swift resolution of my case. Dealing with credit report issues is a stressful situation, so having a knowledgeable and experienced attorney like Sam is a significant asset and relief.

best attorney around

I worked with Sam a few years back he was helpful from day 1 and kept me updated on everything that was going on! I had a lawsuit going on against a huge corporation and honestly didn't think I'd get anything out of it but he got all of my concerns cleared up plus had a huge settlement amount in my pocket!! I definitely recommend him and will use him if I ever have any issues again.

LLC creation & IT consulting contract review

The time came to make my IT consulting business into an LLC. Sam walked me through the process, created a husband-wife operating agreement, and reviewed my first contract. Sam was personable, trustworthy, and seemed to bill fairly. I will hire Sam again should I need future assistance from a business attorney.

Purchase of a share of a business

I was a partner of an LLC with a colleague whose 50% share I wanted to purchase. My partner, however, was less than willing to sell his share. Mr. Wayne worked with me on preparing an offer that my partner had little choice but to accept. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Wayne found information in the 20-year old poorly written ambiguous partnership agreement that was useful to move forward with the sale. His interactions with me and my former partner were courteous, timely and very professional. He accomplished my goal.

An excellent resource in Madison for IT Consulting Contract Review

Sam helped me translate and successfully negotiate the terms of a contract from a prospective client, letting me know which terms were not in my company's best interest and that my company should not have agreed to. Additionally, Sam helped me create a standard contract for me to use with future clients. I'm glad that I invested in Sam's time--he was knowledgeable and thorough, leading to a fair number of billable hours. I anticipate using his services for many years to come.

Construction contracts

very good at communication with us and understanding of what we were looking for. Very knowledgeable and if did not know the exact answers He did what he could do to find the answers.
