A rare find, an honest and compassionate attorney

Robert Kasieta, Bob as he likes to be called, is one of the first attorneys I have dealt with who cares more about his clients than he does for his own interests. Bob is extremely honest and forthright and tells it like it really is, as he does not hold back in telling his clients what is his opinion of their case and how he sees it working. Bob cares about the welfare of the clients and does everything possible to prevent them for experiencing further harm. Many attorneys that I have known in the past have been the typical "lawyer profile", someone who only wants to take your case to make money. Bob, and the Associates working for him, are not that way. Sure, everyone wants to make money but for Bob, doing good for his clients comes first. Bob has been extremely helpful to me during my time of need and has become a trusted and close friend.

Excellent Consultation & Attorney

We recently spoke with Bob to get his opinion on a gender/maternity discrimination case regarding my employer. Bob explained the entire process of filing a claim with such clarity and he was very helpful and professional in helping to lay out the pros and cons of continuing a case against the employer. He is salt of the earth, which made it easy to speak with him about a very complex legal situation. I would recommend Bob to others in need legal assistance.

Excellent Consultation

I recently reached out to Bob to get his perspective on an age discrimination case that I brought against my former employer. I had an important decision to make with regard to accepting a settlement offer, or continue litigation in the hope of securing a larger settlement. We spent over 45 minutes discussing the specifics of the case and he was very gracious and professional in helping to lay out the pros and cons of continuing litigation. I found his insight and ability to share his opinions to be outstanding. He was very down to earth, which made it easy to converse with him about a very complex legal situation. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others in need legal assistance.

Personal Injury

I contacted Attorney Robert Kasieta by email. He called me right away and spoke to me in detail about my case for 45 minutes and this was a free consultation. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He told me at this point I didn't need to spend money on hiring him, that this was something I could do on my own and it wouldn't cost me anything. He explained in detail the legalities of the case and how to pursue/handle it. He also said if I needed him, he would definitely help me with it but didn't want to take my money needlessly. I found him to be very honest and personable. If I ever need an attorney, he would be the one I would definitely hire. I highly recommend Attorney Robert Kasieta.

Bravo

It is very difficult to get up the nerve to see an attorney about any issue of discrimination. Age. Gender. Race. Any of the 'isms'. You're already in a situation where you are being told 'you' are the problem. The last thing you need at this point is to walk into a law office and have one more person give you the fifth degree. You need someone who is willing to hear the long version before he whittles the issues down to what's legally relevant. Because he understands you are a person, not a 'case'. This is what I received from Bob Kasieta. I recommend him to everyone (many) who comes to me. I tell them he understands that you pay for legal advice, but are not required to take it. He sorts out the issues, spells out the law (always current), informs you of your options, and respects your intelligence. (You have to like a man who keeps a book of lawyer jokes on the coffee table in his lobby. He can do this because he knows none of them apply to him.)
