Biography
Attorney Nils Wyosnick is the managing attorney of Wyosnick Legal, LLC, a law firm based in Madison, Wisconsin, which represents clients throughout Wisconsin, as well as northern Illinois. Attorney Wyosnick represents clients charged with DUI, OWI, misdemeanor and felony crimes, as well as traffic offenses.
A graduate of UIC School of Lawin Chicago, Nils began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted in some of the busiest courts in the nation. As a prosecutor, Attorney Wyosnick gained an enormous amount of trial experience with an array of criminal matters, including violent crimes, drug offenses and drunk driving cases. Attorney Wyosnick has continued with similar trial work as a defense attorney, having defended clients against all level of felony, misdemeanor and drunk driving charges.
Nils is licensed to practice law in the Wisconsin and Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Dane County Bar Association, and the Dane County Defense Bar.

As an attorney, I hope to achieve the most favorable resolution for every client I represent, and I am sorry if your expectations were not met. While I deeply appreciate the stress and disappointment that comes after a trial ends in a guilty verdict, please know that I diligently prepare for every case while working with the existing, available evidence. I am barred by client confidentiality from discussing the details of the above comments, but I will correct some of the information posted regarding my background and experience. At no time have I interned with, nor been employed by the Secretary of State. For two years in law school I clerked for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office, where I spent countless hours in the courtroom being trained in trial work. After becoming licensed in 2011, I immediately joined the Cook County State's Attorney's Office as an Assistant State's Attorney, where I prosecuted thousands of misdemeanor cases and numerous felony offenses. In 2014, I left the State's Attorney's Office to join The Davis Law Group, P.C., where I have successfully defended hundreds of misdemeanor and felony matters. Again, I am sorry you were unsatisfied with my legal representation. I encourage every client to communicate openly with me during my representation, so that I can address their questions or concerns. Represented me well
I worked with Nils and his associate on my DUI case. He was very responsive and professional. Took the time to look over my evidence and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of my case, even though I pretty much thought I was guilty. His firm was able to work out a favorable disposition.
