Excellent attorney

Adam Sworden helped me when my brother passed away without a will. Without going into detail about private matters, he made a difficult time in my life a lot easier. He was very reachable whenever I had any questions or problems. His fees were reasonable. I plan on using his services again for my own estate planning. I recommend him highly. Estates

Hired for Asset Ownership Dispute

I hired Attorney Sworden to handle a complicated asset ownership issue that involved insurance and liability issues. He handled the matter professionally and in a manner that prevented a costly lawsuit. Because of my positive experience, I have referred multiple friends and family to him. What I really liked about him is that he returned calls timely and took time to explain all options I could do in a way that I could understand. I would hire him again!

Dispute over a Vacation Club

We had gone to a talk to get points in a vacation club. We purchased a package with the promise that they had properties where we liked to travel. When it came time to book our next vacation, we contacted the club and was told that they did not have any properties in this location after we specifically asked about this location. We hired Adam to try to get our money back, as we were not able to use the club as promised. He was able to get most of our money back for us. Valuable lesson learned. One of the best!

Adam was originally retained to handle a complex business lawsuit. He did a great job of explaining the process and why certain things were handled the way they were. We have since used him for several other things, from civil issues to traffic tickets. Adam takes the time necessary to do a through and great job. We have recommended him to several of our friends and they do the same!

A Job Well Done

I went to Mr. Sworden to assist me with my mother needing long term care at a nursing care center. With all of the red tape you have to cut through with the Government, Mr. Sworden made us feel at ease and basically completed the entire process of getting Medicaid assistance for my mother. Mr. Sworden was very knowledgeable about the process and answered every question promptly. I would recommend Mr. Sworden to anyone that needs the assistance of a Lawyer.
