Have known and worked with Jason as will as Hupy and Abraham for years. So many Personal Injury firms are nothing more then mills (all hype no actual action). Jason and the firm have always been there for all of us who ride. Not just handling PI case he and the firm have been helping the Motorcycle Rights movements for years. Be it bankrolling one of the biggest Motorcycle Awareness campaigns in the county, actually attending meetings/conferences leading his and firms knowledge. There's no way I can give hard number of Riders who have made it home to their love ones. Because of actions/work of Jason and Hupy and Abraham, S.C. sure it's in the thousands. After my crash Attorney Abraham and his team took immediate action to preserve and record evidence from the scene. The team's accident investigator came to my hospital room the next day to answer my questions and address concerns I had about how the police investigation was being handled. With that visit I was confident Attorney Abraham and his team were devoting the resources needed for my complicated crash investigation. With that weight lifted from my shoulders, I was able to just focus on the many surgeries ahead to be able to walk again. Attorney Abraham's team was great at keeping me informed with every aspect of the case walking me through everything that came up. Whenever I wanted to talk to him personally about questions my call was either taken immediately or returned the same day. During my hospitalized for three months, he and other members of my legal team would call to check how I was doing and if their were any needs or questions. When I had to give a statement or deal with insurance investigators Attorney Abraham answered all my concerns before the meetings. As well as having someone from the team present with me. I recall while in hospital struggling with how to share some disappointing information with my family. I turned to Jason for advice, he was very compassionate and treated me like a close friend, pointed out somethings I was overlooking and took the weight from my shoulders. He even offered to be present to explain things to my family and answer their questions. When it came time to settle the case he was very effective in getting more than expected using some creative legal procedures. Never was there a time that I didn't know what was going on with the case. When decisions had to be made I was always given options. I never thought of calling any other law firm then Hupy and Abraham after a 19 yr old man totaled my Road King and put me through 3 surgeries and ongoing pain.
