I had used Jane once in the past to write up a pre-nup. A couple of years later when issues arose with my ex, I returned to Jane for her advice. What we both expected to be a simple matter taken care of within 30 days, blew into 18 month of legal bullying from my ex and his lawyer. Through it all,... Jane remained professional, supportive, and informative. She tried multiple different ways to resolve things without involving the courts or driving up my legal fees but in the end when opposing counsel left us no other choice, we went into court. Jane's personal and professional knowledge of the family court process, the judges, court commissioners, and their supporting staff all made a huge impact when we went to court. Jane Probst handled my divorce in fall of 2014 and finalized in spring of 2015. She explained everything she was going to do in detail and did exactly that. Jane Probst is a no nonsense lawyer that doesnt take crap from anyone who doesnt sugarcoat the truth and gets the job done right the first time. I actually felt sorry for her opposing attorney when she mopped the courtroom floor with his inflated ego ( Poor Bastard). Coming from a construction ba...ckground where you dont mince words, Its hard to find a lawyer to cut through all the BS and lead you to where you need to go even though you may be thinking to yourself, "What in the hell is going on??" Thats true talent that cannot be taught. Its a gift. She has a cunning ability to listen, decipher, and turn it into actions to win. But as we all know in divorce, there are no winners, just different levels of losing and Jane turns all of this into a positive along with her unbelievable staff and her Godsend, Sebrina. What an amazing human being filled with compassion, Love and sometimes the all too honest truth we cant handle all the time. (Thanks Sebrina) Jane and her staff are always on top of their game even when I felt all the chips were lost, they pursued and continued to fight, becoming increasingly aggressive and boy did it pay off. Just like with anything in life, you get what you pay for. The sweetness of low price, is long forgotten with the bitterness of poor quality!! I would say youd be hard pressed to find a more aggressive lawyer and Paralegal who know when to listen and when to shove back. Finally a lawyer with style, class, panache, and a a bad ass attitude when needed... Kudos
