This should have been the classic case against a flipper, real estate agent and inspector. I should have recovered my entire $110K cash for this messed up property, but he said that he was a real estate agent and didn't want to loose face in the community. This lawyer is very smart but it was not a... good outcome. Some of this is my fault. I was intimidated by the process.
