I'm a small business owner in Southern WI so my time is valuable. I tried to work with a local general practice law firm thinking it might be the best way to go trying to settle a residential realestate matter. $3000 and 3 months later I felt overwhelmed and panicked as I could see the local attor...ney was in over her head. I fired her and then stumbled upon Mr. Kuss. I feel comfortable calling him Mr. Kuss because he is so humble and is not caught up in the title he rightly deserves. "Best Realestate Attorney Ever". He was kind, down to earth and did not confuse me with legal jargon. With two letters he was able to provide a settlement within 15 days. I felt so at peace after hiring him. Mr. Kuss may not want me to say this but I'm going to anyway. My wife and I have 4 children at home and to pay $3000 to our original attorney for no results was a huge punch to the stomach for our family. To our surprise, when everything was done Mr. Kuss said he was not going to charge us for any of his services as we had already paid an attorney $3000 which he felt was way to much to begin with. Rudy proved himself to be an excellent attorney for my family. At issue was a matter of justice, being a first time home owner who purchased a property under the promise that basement repairs be performed by a licensed professional according to current WI standards. After discovery that the repairs... were substandard and well below code, Rudy methodicallly followed through with the case ensuring that the other parties were given opportunities to make amends while strengthening our position for a later settlement if they did not. Despite not being a high dollar case, I considered this to be a matter of fairness, honesty, and justice. We sincerely appreciate Rudy taking our case and fighting for us, and of course, winning. My experience with Mr. Kuss is nothing but wonderful. He is truly a lawyer that works hard for you but also has a big heart. He worked very closely with us. He handled a cae for my daughter and her future husband on a case regarding buying there first home. The seller had sold them a home with a ho...rrible roof, and he lied about it.
