Excellent Advocate for his Client

I hired David and found him to be very honest and upfront in a very uncertain situation. He was diligent, hard working and incredibly responsive. Easy to work with!

I hired David Cmelik for an OWI charge. David was a great deal of help in my case being my first offense in the matter. He was very easy to work with and very understanding. He did a great job explaining everything to me in terms I understood and made sure I got all my ducks in a row before getting... off the phone with him or leaving his office. He is every well priced for everything that he does for you! I would recommend him to anyone like me who needs that guidance in the right direction in any criminal case.

Professional

Utilized Mr. Cmelik's services for a Simple Assault charge and I was put at ease when I did not have to do anything but sit back and let him do his thing. Very pleased with outcome. Very professional, courteous and informative about the whole thing.
