I consulted with another 4 letter firm in Grand rapids for a divorce attorney before Mr. Lambert's office. The other firm was a sad excuse for representation, despite constant advertising on the radio. I was recommended by a friend to Mr. Lambert's office as he had done an excellent job representin...g 2 of my friends I found out. As soon as I made my appointment for consultation I knew I was in better hands. When I arrived at The law office of Kelly Lambert III, I could tell first that I wouldn't be giving every paycheck to him as the office is not a downtown high rise, nor are there any fancy sport cars in the parking lot. Mrs. DrieSenga welcomed me as if I were family when I came in. She was well aware of the situation I was in, and that my life had become a storm. After consulting with Mr.Lambert we covered his completely upfront and honest contract. Yes, open, upfront, honest, and fair contact! Mr. Lambert treats his clients with utmost respect and is also aware of their brokenness, hardship, emotional rollercoaster, and everything else that goes with divorce. Just from the first time I met both Michelle and Kelly, I knew I was safe, my kids were safe, we were going to be protected and ok. From that point on my worries went to barely anything. They were simple questions and all I had to do was call or email. Communication is so great between this dynamic duo and their clients. I literally was not scared once, was prepared for things when needed, and not to mention received a much more favorable outcome than I would have trusted any other attorney office in Michigan to get me, especially the 4 letter one. To sum up my experience: Mrs. Driesenga Is the perfect match for Mr. Lambert and the clients they represent. She made sure I didn't miss court dates as they get moved all the time, helped me with all the humongous stacks of paperwork, filing, most of all, she can listen when you need a safe ear. Mr. Lambert is so knowledgeable, professional, experienced lawyer. There's no question he will be on your side with your best interest at hand the whole way through!! I recommend the law office of Kelly Lambert III to everyone I know and everyone I will meet and to anyone reading this. No regrets will be had by hiring them, AT ALL! They are the best of the best and then some!

I hired Kelly to represent me in a custody/child support case. He showed up late for every proceeding when he did show up. On two occasions he didn't show up at all. He refused to keep me updated about my case. Each time I called to find out the status of my pending case, he told his staff person... to tell me he was in a meeting. At one point I physically went to his office to get updated and he told me that he's busy and that if I keep bothering him he threatened to withdraw from my case. He held a conference call with the judge on my case without my consent. I asked to at least be present on the phone for the call. He refused. He held the phone conference with the judge and my ex-husband's lawyer. When I asked what the conversation was about he said the judge wants him to withdraw from my case and that the judge hates me. Then he withdrew from my case. After he withdrew from my case, I demanded my paperwork from my case. He refused to give it to me. He even accepted more paperwork after he withdrew from my case, and of course he did not forward it to me or my new attorney. Then Kelly sent me threatening emails. I still do not have my paperwork many months later and am strongly considering going to the state bar for help.

Seemed very knowledgeable and nice at first but, failed to keep me informed about court proceedings. Showed up minutes before court proceedings sometimes late. Charged me a flat rate and allowed me to make a payment arrangement so I guess I got what I paid for. Wouldn't recommend if your case is comp...lex or requires real leg work by an attorney.

I came to attorney Kelly G. Lambert III, because my son was set up by some co-workers at his job. One of them being an ex girlfriend of his. Police was called to investigate and upon talking to each lady, each one giving a different story to the police, the police told my son that he had nothing to ...worry about that he was closing the case. My son later found out that the police turned the case over to the prosecutor. Mr. Lambert had told us up front what all my son might have to go through. Mr. Lambert went through the the police report and noted all the inconsistencies and lies and was able to get the prosecutor to drop the case. Mr. Lambert did a great job. My son is in his early 20's and did not need a criminal record just cause he broke up with a woman.
