80% or more of applicants in my area are denied on their first attempt at license restoration after 2 drunk driving offenses - Callista helped prepare me enough to get my restricted license back on my first attempt! BUT, since many don't get their license back on their first try, one of the best things about her service is the fact that (at the time of this review) she only charges a FLAT RATE of $1000 that covers representation for as many times as it takes to get your license back. Many lawyers charge hourly, so if you don't get your license back on the first try, multiple attempts will be very costly.
Since I was only approved for my restricted license this year, the fee that I paid will cover my attempt to get an unrestricted license next year. She also worked with me on the fee and didn't require it all up front. I gave her a couple of hundred dollars each time we met until I had the whole fee paid off.
*WHAT SHE DOES*: She really helped out a lot - she gave me a practice session where she asked real questions from a previous hearing and gave me feedback on my answers - these questions were exactly what I was asked in the actual hearing and she let me record the audio from the practice session on my phone so I could listen at home and further prepare. She gave great advice and was always available for questions.
Before I found Callista I honestly didn't know how I was going to afford to hire an attorney for this process, especially since I was expecting it to take multiple hearings.
She really went the extra mile - After my hearing, my initial letter gave mixed signals. Part of the letter said that I would be an acceptable risk and part of it said that I was denied. I was crushed, but Callista called me and said she thought this was an error. She contacted the hearing officer and found out that it was an error and now I'm eligible!
I really couldn't be happier with the results, and would recommend Callista to anyone attempting to get their license back.
