Genius

He represented my brother a few times & even the Judge commented on how well he did! He has a unique style, creative & entertaining in the court room. Pure genius. He also represented me with a debt issue. Unfortunately, most don't take the time to post but only complaints.

THEIF!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Mr. Andoni was hired on my case to file a Show Cause in May 2021. I gave him a retainer, and also additional payments. He was supposed to file an additional motion in October 2021, was paid $500 to do so, never filed and I requested a refund. 2 months later, h...e told me he sent the money to another client and had to get that money back before he could send my refund. Requested statements of how the money that I paid him was allocated, and never received the information. I still have not received my money back. Once the final court date and paperwork was completed in May 2022, I was awarded money in attorney fees. The other party sent the check to Mr. Andoni within in 3 days of the final order, who cashed the check, never sent me the money, and when I inquired about not receiving the money from the other party, he told me that he could file an additional Show Cause (for more $ of course) to find out why the order wasn't followed (knowing all along that he had already received the money!) He is VERY poor at communication; returning phone calls or emails RARELY happens, if at all. He is NEVER prepared when it is time for court... always a last minute conversation not remembering what he should present for your case. Please consider another attorney before being a victim of Mr. Andoni.

Where are you?????

Mr. Andoni is currently my attorney. I've paid him over 2300 and I'm on disability. My ex husband has supervised visits in the state of Michigan! My ex husband currently lives in Tennessee. Yes ive allowed for my ex to take him to Tennessee and to return my son on June 20th. My ex husband has fail...ed to bring him back to the state of Michigan where I have full custody! I've called Mr Andoni for 2 straight weeks!!!! I've left messages letting him know that I still don't have my son in Michigan!!! No return phone calls!!!!! I had to file my own showcause hearing against my ex because Mr. Andoni wouldn't!! If I mention money he calls me back in a New York second!!! Where are you Mr. Andoni????? Where's my refund???????

Scammed

Forgot appointments, took weeks to return calls, sent a proposed custody agreement with someone else's personal information in it, has dodged and ignored all attempts at requesting a retainer refund.

Spend your money elsewhere

Makes big promises and doesn't deliver anything. He takes your money and you never hear from him. He doesn't return your phone calls, emails or text messages. Overall just a terrible lawyer. Please spend your money on someone who will actually do their job.
