Daniel J. Andoni

Completely unprepared to court, he actually forgot who i was for a second. He was clueless and fumbled over words about my case in front of the judge, he couldn't of been more unprepared. Nothing, that was previously discussed, prior to court, was presented or included with the final decree, ie par...enting time and holiday schedule. Final documents were delayed due to Daniel j Andoni and his staff. Zero phone calls were returned with questions i had leading up to the divorce hearing. Paid 1750 for a retainer, over 300 was due back to me. Its jan 7th 2020, divorce was final in August of 2019, i still haven't received it. Daniel j Andoni personally spoke with myself on the phone after the divorce was final stating that he would send a line by line breakdown of what the 1750 was used for like i had ask for several times, as well as the refund. Very hard to justify that he did around 1450 dollars worth of work on my case, which is 1750 since he never sent the refunded amount he had told me he would. I went by his office, only to find new attorneys and no Mr. Andoni.

After a failed attempt with my first attorney, Attorney Daniel Andoni was knowledgeable, courteous and aggressive to my needs for my court case. When I retained him he put together a game plan based on what I requested him to do and he got sole custody for my daughter in a state where it’s believed t...o be mother-favoring. I would highly recommend Daniel Andoni for any family court case!

I am in a unique position because I had to hire Attorney Andoni twice. Both cases were emotionally, financially and legally difficult. His office was very good at keeping me updated as to what I should expect and the next steps in the process. He helped guide me through some very difficult decisions ...and also helped me to consider the long term effects of those decisions. Attorney Andoni represented me in a child support review case. As with all attorney's, their first nature is to try and find a happy medium between the two parties and settle. Unfortunately, I divorced a divorce attorney, so, one can rightfully assume that there were no happy mediums to be had in t...his case. So, matter had to be sorted out by the Judge. The Judge presented several payment options prior to hearing my side, however, they were all in favor of my x-wife and would have left me broke, busted and disgusted. Although Mr. Andoni did advise me that there could be a possibility that the Judge would increase my support substantially because I didn’t agree with any of the ridiculous offers that were being presented, I chose to go ahead and proceed so that Judge could hopefully understand why I couldn’t accept any of the offers. During the proceeding Mr. Andoni was at his very best ensuring that we addressed every issue that he thought that the other side would try to use to sway the Judge’s decision. In conclusion, my support increased by $16 a month, in which I am not happy with but I can live with. So Mr. Andoni gets two thumbs up for going to battle successfully against two attorneys.
