If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Mr. Andoni was hired on my case to file a Show Cause in May 2021. I gave him a retainer, and also additional payments. He was supposed to file an additional motion in October 2021, was paid $500 to do so, never filed and I requested a refund. 2 months later, h...e told me he sent the money to another client and had to get that money back before he could send my refund. Requested statements of how the money that I paid him was allocated, and never received the information. I still have not received my money back. Once the final court date and paperwork was completed in May 2022, I was awarded money in attorney fees. The other party sent the check to Mr. Andoni within in 3 days of the final order, who cashed the check, never sent me the money, and when I inquired about not receiving the money from the other party, he told me that he could file an additional Show Cause (for more $ of course) to find out why the order wasn't followed (knowing all along that he had already received the money!) He is VERY poor at communication; returning phone calls or emails RARELY happens, if at all. He is NEVER prepared when it is time for court... always a last minute conversation not remembering what he should present for your case. Please consider another attorney before being a victim of Mr. Andoni.

I am in a unique position because I had to hire Attorney Andoni twice. Both cases were emotionally, financially and legally difficult. His office was very good at keeping me updated as to what I should expect and the next steps in the process. He helped guide me through some very difficult decisions ...and also helped me to consider the long term effects of those decisions. Looking back I am thankful for his professional, honest, and strategic advice. I hope you never need a divorce attorney but if you do, I strongly recommend Attorney Andoni.

Attorney Andoni represented me in a child support review case. As with all attorney's, their first nature is to try and find a happy medium between the two parties and settle. Unfortunately, I divorced a divorce attorney, so, one can rightfully assume that there were no happy mediums to be had in t...his case. So, matter had to be sorted out by the Judge. The Judge presented several payment options prior to hearing my side, however, they were all in favor of my x-wife and would have left me broke, busted and disgusted. Although Mr. Andoni did advise me that there could be a possibility that the Judge would increase my support substantially because I didn’t agree with any of the ridiculous offers that were being presented, I chose to go ahead and proceed so that Judge could hopefully understand why I couldn’t accept any of the offers. During the proceeding Mr. Andoni was at his very best ensuring that we addressed every issue that he thought that the other side would try to use to sway the Judge’s decision. In conclusion, my support increased by $16 a month, in which I am not happy with but I can live with. So Mr. Andoni gets two thumbs up for going to battle successfully against two attorneys.
