NOT Guilty
We hired Mr. Tosto as our criminal defense attorney in an automobile accident case against our loved one. He was accessible, hardworking, highly responsive, and devoted to our case. We met with him often, he heard our concerns and input, and never made us feel like less than a top priority. His diligence ultimately led to the NOT GUILTY verdict that was deserved. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

First off I can not express enough how much I truly appreciate and recommend Attorney John Tosto. John is able to quickly assess his clients needs and goes out of his way to meet them. I was impressed right from the start when he extended his cell number should I need to contact him outside business hours. Excellent Attorney, I Highly Recommend
My family was involved in a bad car accident. It was an extremely stressful time and we had no idea what to do. Luckily we were referred to John Tosto. Very accommodating and eliminated most of my stress
John came highly recommended to me by a friend of mine when I was in need of representation. He met with me on a Sunday because that worked for my schedule. Disorderly Conduct (Neighbor Dispute)
John Tosto came highly recommended to me to hire him to represent me in a neighbor dispute. I contacted him and was able to schedule a consultation very quick. I retained him and as fast as I hired him was as fast as Mr. Tosto had the dispute dismissed in my favor. He is very easy to talk to, professional, confident and educated. I highly recommend him.

Up front hardworking attorney
I was looking at prison time for a 3rd felony DUI. My case was in northern Michigan 200 miles from my home. John was able to get me into a Drug Court program in my home town. This took a lot of persistent effort on my his part. His advice was straight forward honest and sincere. I recommend John when ever anyone ask my advise on a defense attorney.

Takes the time...
John is a wonderful attorney that I have used a few times now and has always been attentive and resolved my matters effectively. He has always kept me informed of every stage in the process and has been easy to reach unlike some attorneys I have dealt with. In addition, John has always been able to offer great advice on matters surrounding my case making my situation much easier to endure. Strategic, consummate professional
I cannot make a strong enough recommendation for John Tosto. I am a professional who made a careless mistake and found myself in an awful situation. He handled the case with professionalism and went above and beyond to make sure that my case ended with the best possible outcome. I have referred several people to him and they have also been very pleased with his work. Being charged with a crime, a dui, or needing a family law attorney is a stressful experience. Having someone to handle the situation with professionalism and expertise makes it manageable. Without hesitation, I would recommend anyone I know to him for help.

Hardworking and trustworthy
I have used Mr. Tosto for two different types of cases, one being business related and the other being traffic related. Both times I felt that Mr. Tosto kept me informed about what was going on, handled things timely, and got results that were fair and above my expectations. I have recommended him to friends and family members for different types of cases and they have all been extremely satisfied. I trust Mr. Tosto and will use him for future issues and continue to recommend him to others.

Willing to go the extra mile
I hired John to defend my child in a hazing incident that turned into a messy criminal sexual conduct case. John was very thorough in his investigation and letigation and was willing to defend us to the very end if necessary. There were several individuals involved in this case and from his experience in the juvenile court system we were able to have the case dismissed without any hassels with community service, probation or court records. He really cares about his clients and is excellent in the way he relates to teenage clients. If you need a laywer for anything related to teenagers I would highly recommend him. He is very easy to work with and listens to and values his clients inputs while at the same time balancing the discussions with sound legal advice.
