My lifesaver

I hired Ryan to defend me in my extremely unusual gun charge case. Ryan took the time to explain to me his strategies on the possible outcomes and how he would go about defending me. He would keep me calm and give words of encouragement that he knew what he was doing. I personally am very happy that ...I found him and retained him as my lawyer. The past 3 months of this case was the worst time of my life and having him on my side was the biggest relief during this experience. He gave me the best outcome by working hard and showing consistant dedication with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend Ryan to anyone that needed to have counsel and representation in any civil or criminal defense case.

Life saving

I was being charged with a OWI after falling asleep behind the wheel at a drive thru . However, my case wasn’t just a normal case , I have a CDL and I depend on my CDL for work . With that being said I knew I could not mess around with bad representation... I reached out to The Barone firm and Ry...an was the one who handled my case . He was able to do a bunch of research and digging from the night of the arrest and found enough info to reduce my OWI to a reckless driving . My License was still suspended for 3 months , but I was able to get my CDL back and all endorsements after the 3 months . VS an OWI I would have lost my CDL for one year . I probably would be unemployed if I had to be off duty for a year ... I can not be more grateful for what ryan did for me and I would recommend him to anyone .

Tenacious

While in Prison for 9th DUI ( super drunk) , I read an article in SADO published about how law enforcement wanted to prosecute DUI in driverless vehicles in the future. In cars that had no steering wheel or brake pedal, and only responding to voice commands! Also a article on training police as Drug... Recognition Experts Minimal training for this responsibility, as far as the havoc the police and the courts can bring on people after being charged for these types of offenses . This was an article that Ryan Ramsayer wrote, and which caught my attention to Barone Defense Firm. After I was released from prison I knew I had to hire this firm to get my license back. Ryan was forthright from the beginning,, very descriptive of not only his responsibility but also mine. He made it clear to me it wasn’t going to be easy. I listened and followed hie advice, and Ryan worked through many things in the process to get a hearing . I was initially turned down my first time , which was not too surprising, we did succeed the next time 12-17-19 I and I now have a restricted Michigan Driver license! I know it that it would not have happened without Ryan’s expertise.

Winner winner!!!

I can't say enough good things about Ryan Ramsayer!! I had an outstanding experience with him and the Barone defense firm from beginning to end!! He is the real deal and made the administrative review for my license, a walk in the park!! Helped me to understand the entire process and what was expecte...d.... My appeal was GRANTED and FULL license restoration was APPROVED! Thank you Ryan! I highly recommend!!

Wasted my money

This guy was a COMPLETE waste of my money, never communicated with my about case changes or anything, all their law firm care about is money, did no fighting in my case, even told me I was gonna go to jail and it was only my 1st DUI, I noticed how no other lawyers or prosecutors talked to him or knew... him in court. Doesn't seem like a bad guy but he's a terrible lawyer when it comes to DUI cases
