Best Attorney out there !

We researched for the best attorney specializing in DUI’s and Mr Duke’s name kept coming up . He met with us on short notice on a holiday weekend . His calm demeanor was much appreciated as he walked us through the probable scenarios. Once he took on my case, he kept me apprised of what was to come e...very step of the way. Although he has seen hundreds ( or many more than that) of cases that may have seemed hopeless to the defendant, he seemed to take it as a challenge to show where the law was actually on my side with regard to my DUI. There are many attorneys out there but I highly doubt there are any that know the law and can build a solid defense like Mr Duke! At the end of the day, my case was dismissed before trial, thanks to to Mr Duke’s knowledge and determination. I never dreamed that the mess I was in could go away, but it did. I don’t ever want to go through this again, but I will recommend Mr Duke to everyone, 1000%!

Top Notch-Experienced, Knowledgeable & Very Effective

My case was difficult in the sense that many years ago I was charged with 2 separate DUI's. Then in 2018, I was arrested and charged with OWI. I met with Edward Duke and I explained my situation. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. The court was determined to convict me on the OWI... charges with severe punishment and everlasting bad consequences. Based on Ed's expertise, and negotiation skills, the charges were reduced to lesser (non-alcohol related) charges. I really appreciate Ed helping me with this very difficult situation. I would strongly recommend Edward Duke to my family, friends (or to anyone) that needs the services of a very knowledgeable and outstanding DUI attorney.

When You Need The Best You Call The Best

Calling Ed to help with my 2nd DUI, about 6 months shy of the 7 year mark, was hands down the best decision I could have made. My license was in jeopardy, I could have lost my dream job I had worked years to get and I didn't know what to do. Not only did he act in the most respectful and profession...al manner explaining the strategy behind his thoughts, but he executed on that strategy with the upmost skill. He saved my license, my career and even got the charge dropped down to Impaired Driving. This was far and above anything I could have dreamed. My deepest thanks and appreciation to this man. When your future is on the line, you can't find a better person to take care of you.

The best kind of advocate

I hired Mr. Duke in a drunk driving defense matter, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he was outstanding. He listened, researched and navigated through a very complex set of legal issues to bring the matter to the most successful result possible i.e. a dismissal with prejudice. Other attorneys reco...mmended taking a plea. Mr. Duke's decorum, competence and articulation in the court room was the driving force behind a successful result.
