An Attorney Who Truly Stands By You

There are truly no words strong enough to express how grateful I am for Ryan Ramsayar. He didn’t just represent me — he stood by me in one of the hardest and most overwhelming times of my life and made sure I never felt alone. He got me the absolute best outcome possible in my case, and I will forev...er be thankful for that. But what touched me even more was his dedication. He could have appeared in court on Zoom. It would have been easier. Instead, he told me, “You hired me to be by your side, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.” And he meant it. He drove 15 hours for every single court date just to physically stand next to me. That kind of loyalty, commitment, and heart is rare. Knowing my attorney cared enough to show up like that gave me strength when I needed it most. I felt protected. I felt supported. I felt like I truly had someone fighting for me. Our last appearance i walked out of those court room doors and had so much weight lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Ryan from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me, because of you my life is back to normal. If you want an attorney who doesn’t just treat you like a case number but shows up — in every sense of the word — I cannot recommend him enough. I will never forget what he did for me.

Non-Alcohol Related Offense

Ryan was spectacular from start to finish. I was issued a misdemeanor and had no clue what to do, where to go, or what the process was...Ryan walked me through every step of the way with clear & honest explanations and expectations. I was extremely nervous about the impact on life and job, Ryan w...as very clear on how to handle everything regarding the matter. Lastly, he got me the most favorable outcome I could've asked for. DUI

I thought I had ruined myself when this all happened. I am two weeks removed from sentencing and my life is unaltered in any significant way, except for my decision to not drink anymore. Actually, from the time I met Ryan to the end of the engagement my life had significantly improved. Definitely ...did not expect that. Ryan was honest throughout the process. He prepared me for each step of the case and achieved a greater result than I could have realistically hoped for. Ryan's plan was not overly burdensome. It was also not a superficial attempt to persuade prosecutors and judges. Hire the guy and listen to him. Chances are he has seen worse. A good guy to take advice from. Money and time well spent. I will continue to appreciate the work Ryan did for me and guidance he gave me.

A straight-shooter worth every penny

I was referred to Ryan's firm by a trusted attorney friend who told me that Barone Defense Firm was the one I wanted if I wanted the best around. I reached out and retained Ryan, and it was a great decision. Ryan is an expert at what he does, which makes trusting his guidance easy. Ryan will tell... you honestly what your options are, what you can and should do to help put you in the best possible position, and what kind of results are possible. Ryan will involve you in the decision-making and explain his thinking. It helps to have an attorney with a good reputation with the local prosecutor and judge, and Ryan seemed to be well respected. Without those prior relationships, I wouldn't have gotten as good of a result if I had chosen an attorney. Inevitably, if you need Ryan's help, you are in a stressful predicament, and Ryan is a very calming presence in those times; I always felt better after talking through my questions or concerns with him. He's down to earth and makes himself available to you; I could text, call, or email him and usually hear back within minutes. I hope I never need his services again, but I would go with Ryan again if I needed another attorney. With Ryan's help, I could walk away from misdemeanor charges with just court costs and fines, and while the case went through the court process, I was able to live and work out of state.

Best of the Best

I am so grateful that I hired Mr. Ramsayer as my lawyer to get my DL back form a second DUI. I was fighting for 8 years on my own and always got denied.
