I am so grateful that I hired Mr. Ramsayer as my lawyer to get my DL back form a second DUI. I was fighting for 8 years on my own and always got denied. DUI

This past fall I was pulled over for a DUI. This was an awful experience and something I never want to go through again. After spending a night in jail and posting bail the following morning, I started to look online for a lawyer. As a current member of the USMC I needed someone who could explain my ...situation, the impact this will have on my career, and most importantly someone who will make my case a priority. I came across Ryan Ramsayer while google searching “Best DUI lawyer in the state of Michigan”. After one phone call with Ryan and learning he himself is a veteran of the USMC, I felt much better about my situation. Through the entire process Ryan treated me and my case with the upmost professionalism, attention, and respect. He is very modest in his abilities as a lawyer and gives marines a good name. He is without a doubt an extremely determined and focused professional in his field and his results are evidence of that. Ryan was able to negotiate down my DUI charge to two civil infractions. He turned a situation that could have ruined my entire professional career and personal life into two traffic tickets worth a couple hundred bucks in fines. When I got the news, I was amazed with what Ryan was able to do for me and couldn’t have been more pleased. As great of a guy as Ryan is, I hope to find myself never needing his services again. Puts forth the effort

I was charged with OWI in December 2019. I hired Ryan and the Barone Defense Firm after interviewing a different law firm because I felt Ryan and the way he described how he would handle my defense better fit my personality. Ryan was very thorough explaining the legal process and let me know exactl...y what I could expect. Ryan took the time to do quite a bit of research and request several documents that aided in my defense. After negotiations with the prosecutor that spanned six months, I am very happy with the result. Many attorneys may have simply suggested I plead to a lesser charge and collected their fee, but Ryan went above and beyond to come up with evidence and ideas that ultimately led to the result that was very beneficial to me. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for expert legal counsel.

Owi 2nd offense

I hired Ryan Ramsayer with Barone defense firm, when i received my 2nd OWI. Ryan explained to me exactly what was going to happen and what i needed to do. He had my probation transferred to a district that had a sobriety court program. Because of this i only lost my driving priveleges for 3 months.... I looked to Ryan again when it was time for my license reistatement hearing, and i am proud to say as of Friday my license has been fully restored. Ryan Thank You for everything.
