Makes it Personal

Ryan took care of my expungement that I was basically told by the state’s attorney I wasn’t eligible for. This was very personal to me and Ryan did everything to expedite my case in a professional and timely Many thanks to him and his firm.

Not Guilty Verdict

I had the honor to hire Ryan Ramsayer as my DUI (OWI) attorney. I contacted Ryan right after a warrant was issued for my arrest following 3 months after the incident in which I was accused of my DUI. Ryan immediately began working and got me a court date via zoom (due to COVID-19). Warrant was remove...d, I attended my court date and receive pre-trial date. After a series of pre-trial court dates, the data master (breathalyzer machine results) was suppressed due to falsification of the machine being certified and the police department knowing this while continuing to use the machine. This was a direct result of Ryan doing his job at the level of excellence. During trial Ryan stated the facts and emphasized the fact that a field sobriety test was not done correctly, in which during cross examination the arresting officer admitted to not doing the test to standard. The jury found me not guilty based on the facts and the closing argument which summed up the facts along with the totality of circumstances. Beyond a reasonable doubt, the prosecution attempted to convict me on inaccurate tests in which Ryan was not going to let happen. Throughout the whole process, Ryan maintained contact and answered my call 100% of the time. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer or better result.

The best attorney and law firm in Michigan

Words cannot describe the way I feel about Ryan Ramsayer and the, firm. Ryan has provided me with the best outcome imaginable. Taking on my 6th DUI charge, Ryan and the firm was able to keep me out of jail and prison. I was given 2 years of drug court and probation. Usually someone fighting a 6th DUI... charge will see a prison sentence. Ryan did an outstanding job with the all the court proceedings. I would highly recommend, Ryan and his firm for any legal matters. A job well done! Thank you so much for your service.

Michigan DUI expunged!

Mr. Ramsayer and his firm guided me through the entire OWI expungement process in Michigan. He gave clear instructions as to what evidence I needed to gather and what to expect during the hearing. I was able to get my OWI expunged successfully in the first court hearing without any need for extra evi...dence or opposition from the prosecuting attorney’s office.
