Replied last March 03, 2025This individual was (and is) not a client and I do not remember talking to her. However, I get calls all day from people looking for free legal advice. I try to be kind and courteous and if possible give simple legal advice. However, at times people call and want to go on and on with minute details that are not relevant so ... Further at times I get calls that interrupt me and I have to get off the phone ...

Aggressive and unprofessional
Call the office to ask a question spoke to Mr. Weiner. He was very rude and condescending. Definitely would not recommend using him for any attorney needs.

Contract/developer
An extremely knowledgeable attorney in the area of construction law, etc. He has patience and firm with his explanations. He cares and has your best interest at heart. He will not leave you hanging but will respone to your correspondence in a timely fashion. I feel as though, he is the best.

Honest and straightforward
I had a question, not sure whom to ask, and I asked mr. Weiner. He sent me a straightforward reply within a day. He told me the way it is and that's the way I like it.

I called Mr Weiner at the end of the day & he took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and raise points that I had not thought of, to cover my assets. He was considerate and I did not feel rushed during his consultation.
