This attorney cost me my case! After hiring him and working with him for over a year, one day he just disappeared! I found out after I showed up to court and he was not there. I went to look for him at his office and he was not there either. The lady that was there (she did not work for him) said tha...t other clients had come looking for him as well and had not seen this attorney for about a month, I never heard from this attorney again! This attorney put me in an extremely difficult spot, especially since my case was so close to being done. DO NOT hire this attorney, if you can even get a hold of him to take your case. He is extremely unreliable. I am sure it is not just my case that he screwed over. I feel bad for his other clients. I hope others will attest to the same. This is just not right of an attorney to do to a client.

He was very prompt in contacting me. He and I have spoken on the phone several times and have had many email correspondences. His knowledge and guidence has helped me through a very tough situation. He seems genuinely caring. He hasn't charged me a thing yet for all the time he's put into helping me.... I didn't know there were lawyers out there like this!!

Mr. VanGelderen has ensured my property is safe and the difficult decisions that might have to be made if I were unable to speak for myself are addressed with my wishes. He is able to be an advocate for not just the patients but hospitals as well. He recognizes the importance of patient safety and... hospital integrity! So glad I could work with him.

Ben has been working with our medical practice for the last year. He has helped us with HIPAA regulations, including employee training, Business Associate Agreements and Breach Disclosure policies. Ben has also reviewed and updated our PLLC agreement and provided ongoing answers to legal questions ...as needed. He works well with the provider owners and also with the practice staff, providing them with information and insight in an easy to understand fashion.
