WE were abused by our bank, and Mr. Ruza basically saved our way of life.

We were facing foreclosure on our home and Steve some how through his experience saved our situation from going very bad. Our loan through Chase bank was miss handled when we were supposed to have a lower interest rate, and loan amount due. Mr. Ruza saved it for us. We cannot thank him enough. I ha...d been separated from a government position to be closer to home when all this took place. I had to take a job that paid less money in order to be closer to my family, and finish my degree. Chase said they would help me with this transition. They were just waiting to seize the opportunity to take over my real estate. The bank promised us they would help and they wouldn't foreclose but they sent me to their attorney and set a day to sell my house at the court house. I called quite a few attorneys when I talked to Steve,. He is very veteran friendly and very understanding of many situations. Steve is a lawyer that does not quit at 3:00 pm to pick up the clubs and head for the golf course. He burns the midnight oil, and gets things done. After speaking with him we knew he was the right attorney. My family is so happy that we hired him. I told him that my mother was having a problem with her refinancing, and later that day he drove 120 plus miles to her house to help her. Thank you again Mr Steven Ruza . You and your staff you saved our home. My family will remember your actions for a long time.

Thanks Steven Ruza!!

My name is Thelma from Clarkston, Michigan. I would like to first of all take the time to thank Steven Ruza for getting me my Bank of America home loan modified. After trying several lawyers and a lot of time and money wasted. I am so happy to have found him. I highly recommend Steven Ruza anytime. I... still cannot believe what a unbelievable job he has done for my husband and family. I am very appreciative of him and thank him very much. -Thelma and Saul

We cant thank you enough Steve Ruza! We are extremely happy we found you and your firm!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! We were facing foreclosure on our home and mr. Ruza saved it for us. We cannot thank him enough. I lost my job and had to take a job that paid less than half of my old one and couldn't afford to pay my mortgage anymore and on top of that my house is worth 40% less ...than we owed on it. The bank promised us they would help and they wouldn't foreclose but they sent me to their attorney and set a day to sell my house at the court house. I started to get all kinds of letters and postcards of attorneys but it seems all of them wanted me to file bankruptcy or wanted some outrageous amount of money (5K +, including a down payment and monthly payments) to try and sue my mortgage company all we wanted was a modification. I received a letter from Mr. Ruza and gave him a call it was after 7 at night so I figured I would leave a message and he would call me back in a few days but to my surprise he called me back an hour later. We told him about how the mortgage company had lied to us and kept telling us they didn’t receive our paperwork and then told us we didn’t qualify and denied us help and we didn’t want to file bankruptcy. After speaking with him for 20 or so minutes I knew he was the right attorney. He seemed to already know what our mortgage company said and did to us and it seemed that he disliked them as much as we did. We hired him the next day and we are thankful that we did!!!!! Mr. Ruza was able to stop our foreclosure sale or get it postponed is what I think they called it for 5 months and in the end we got a payment that we could afford and the mortgage company lowered the amount we owe them by over half!!! We are very lucky we picked Mr. Ruza’s letter out of the 100 that was sent to us and refer him to everyone we know that needs help with their mortgage. Thank you again Mr Ruza and your staff you saved our home and kept a family together!!

Thank you for all your help

Mr. Ruza answered all our questions about foreclosure. He worked very hard to stop foreclosure without bankruptcy. That was very important to us. Everyone else we spoke with said we had to file bankruptcy or do a short sale. Steve told us they were wrong , and Steve was right in the end. Thank you ve...ry much for all your hard work and your employees Shayna and Jen. I would highly reccommend Steve Ruza and the home legal group, pllc to anyone who needs help saving their homes. Thanks again

Thank you for all your help. You helped save our home when we thought there was no help.

Thank you very much Mr. Ruza and the staff at home legal group. I was denied by my mortgage company and the non profit group that was supposed to help did nothing! I met Mr. Ruza on a Sunday evening and he got my forclosure stopped in 4 days and i got a modification that lowered the amount I owed to ...Bank of America by 40%. FYI... He is the only attorney I have used that actually answers his own phone and doesn't charge you for for calling him after 5 o'oclock and on the weekend. (i have used an 3 attorneys in the past for divorce and a accident, so i have a little experience with attorneys). I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their real estate or mortgage problems. I cant stress enough the relief I felt after speaking with him.
