Happy Home owner.

I was so close to losing my home, and in tears. Then received a mailing from Mr. Ruza and it took just a few minutes and he had me uplifted and positive. It has been the best and easiest transaction I could have had.

A blessing in my life

Bank of America was trying to forclose on my property for a high interest equity loan payment. I never missed a payment. The loan was for 590000 but since the bubble burst. The property was only worth. One thousand seven hundred. I couldn't get the home refinanced. I panicked. After watching... several of my friends who lost their homes trying to work with the banksI searched the web and called Steven Ruzu in the middle of the night. He was warm and easy to talk to. He stopped the forclosure immediately. My home is still in mitigation. He ensured that the banks treat me like a human being. Since I met attorney Ruza he cleared up some issues on my bank account. I have also referred him to my family. What I learned about him is if he is unable to assist you he will direct you to someone who can. He is really a person who cares about his clients. It's a good feeling to have a lawyer who you can trust.

We cant thank you enough Steve Ruza! We are extremely happy we found you and your firm!

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!! We were facing foreclosure on our home and mr. Ruza saved it for us. We cannot thank him enough. I lost my job and had to take a job that paid less than half of my old one and couldn't afford to pay my mortgage anymore and on top of that my house is worth 40% less ...than we owed on it. The bank promised us they would help and they wouldn't foreclose but they sent me to their attorney and set a day to sell my house at the court house. I started to get all kinds of letters and postcards of attorneys but it seems all of them wanted me to file bankruptcy or wanted some outrageous amount of money (5K +, including a down payment and monthly payments) to try and sue my mortgage company all we wanted was a modification. I received a letter from Mr. Ruza and gave him a call it was after 7 at night so I figured I would leave a message and he would call me back in a few days but to my surprise he called me back an hour later. We told him about how the mortgage company had lied to us and kept telling us they didn’t receive our paperwork and then told us we didn’t qualify and denied us help and we didn’t want to file bankruptcy. After speaking with him for 20 or so minutes I knew he was the right attorney. He seemed to already know what our mortgage company said and did to us and it seemed that he disliked them as much as we did. We hired him the next day and we are thankful that we did!!!!! Mr. Ruza was able to stop our foreclosure sale or get it postponed is what I think they called it for 5 months and in the end we got a payment that we could afford and the mortgage company lowered the amount we owe them by over half!!! We are very lucky we picked Mr. Ruza’s letter out of the 100 that was sent to us and refer him to everyone we know that needs help with their mortgage. Thank you again Mr Ruza and your staff you saved our home and kept a family together!!

Thank you Mr. Ruza for saving our home from foreclosure.

After speaking with 5 different attorneys, it was nice to find one who actually cared. It took him less than 4 weeks to do what I was trying to do for over a year. Our family thanks you for your help.
