Keeping my Home

I would recommend Steve to any one. When I called Steve I was 6 days from a sheriff sale.We agreed to meet on Sunday 4 days prior to the sale in Holland Mi.We talked and he showed me his credentials he explained to me that he could get my payments and interest reduced .He explained his fees and I kind... of balked but Steve worked out a payment arrangement.I was paying 10.75% interest,Steve told me that the bank was robbing me.I hired Steve on 3/8 and 23 days later not only did I get to keep my home but the bank agreed to release the lien on my home.Great job Steve,I'll recommend you to everyone in SW Mi.

Steven Ruza was able to get us through the tough times, Worry free!!!!

Steven was very personable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. After several attempts of a short sale through our real estate company, we had to turn our attention to an attorney to help us settle up with the bank. (BOA) Steven was spot on with what he said that he would be able to do for us. Instead of ...foreclosing on our home, Steven was able to strike a deal with the bank to accept our home in a Deed in-luie of. He kept us in the loop through the process and assured us his attentiveness. The entire process took less time than we imagined and thus allowed us to move on with our lives, worry free. I would highly recommend Stevens services in circumstances like ours. However, I'm confident saying that what ever other service he can provide, I'm sure his professionalism is just like that of ours.

A blessing in my life

Bank of America was trying to forclose on my property for a high interest equity loan payment. I never missed a payment. The loan was for 590000 but since the bubble burst. The property was only worth. One thousand seven hundred. I couldn't get the home refinanced. I panicked. After watching... several of my friends who lost their homes trying to work with the banksI searched the web and called Steven Ruzu in the middle of the night. He was warm and easy to talk to. He stopped the forclosure immediately. My home is still in mitigation. He ensured that the banks treat me like a human being. Since I met attorney Ruza he cleared up some issues on my bank account. I have also referred him to my family. What I learned about him is if he is unable to assist you he will direct you to someone who can. He is really a person who cares about his clients. It's a good feeling to have a lawyer who you can trust.
