Steve was really great! My mom and I got a letter in the mail saying our house was going to be sold at auction and that he could help. We called the number immediately and set up a meeting. He had a lot of information on what he could do for us and he was very reassuring. We started the process that ...day. When we called and couldn't reach him, he would return calls within the hour and he was always quick to let us know how things were going. Within two months he got our loan modification approved. I would recommend Steve and his team period!!

Steve had a daunting task: obtaining a loan modification from the notorious BANK OF AMERICA. When he warned me how crazy the big banks were, how duplicitous they were, and how they would make us jump through innumerable hoops, I really didn't believe him. Turns out, he underestimated how bad they ...would be. But he stuck with me, submitting and re-submitting my financials, until he came up with an unbelievably good modification: my payments were reduced from $6500 to $2500 per month, with my interest reduced from 6.5% to 2% ! He always returned my calls promptly, and was very good at keeping me informed-- when I called him personally, on his cel phone.

After our modification that was done last July "disappeared", we were surprised with a foreclosure sale date when I received a call that someone seen it in the paper. My husband is recover from an anoxic brain injury from a year ago, we have 2 young boys, and a lot of daily struggles, so this was hor...rific. I couldn't get help and was lost and terrified. In a matter of weeks, Steve did for my family what words couldn't explain. The foreclosure was stopped and modification approved. I'd recommend Steve to anyone needing help in a heartbeat. He was "no bull" and straightforward, but at the same time, down-to-earth and relate able which really helped to ease my anxiety.
