I approached immlaws for filing an appeal of my I-140 denial (for ability to pay) which was field by another law office. When I received notification from my employer already 33 days was over. I was in 7 year on H1B. Previous attorney mentioned that we can file another petition as the labor was expi...red and it can be used within 180 days. I moved from full time to desi consultancy ,just to kick start my Green card.
