Mr Foley dealt with my divorce and even thou i had no wrong doing my ex was a femsle and FYoC was gonna give custody to my unstable, bi polar ex. After settling future contact with him was quick even after paying his retainer fee of $1,500. Even after a 30 minute phone call where we did not have the ...proper paperwork or divorce decree even thou he finslized it months prior i paid and have received no response 5 months after having a hearing on custody. He praised s cd and prompt paperwork to the court but Heidi proclaims he will call me back even thou its now October and my last communication was June. 2013

Obviously, when dealing with a divorce, most of the time (hopefully), it's the first time you have to deal with an attorney. Mr. Foley made the experience as comfortable as possible. He was great with explaining the process to me and gave me realistic expectations. He took my calls and called me b...ack when he was not available and I had to leave a message. Mr. Foley truly had my best interest in mind the whole time. And, it was very important to me that when I called or met him in court, he knew my case and didn't treat me like "just another client".
