Michael J. Rock

Michael Rock was hired to do a Probate case for me. I know it can take a long time, but this took approximately 18 months. In the end I found out he never filed with Wayne County, there is no record of Case Access of him in Wayne County, and the Creditor I settled with never went through Wayne Coun...ty Courts. This is not a good person to work with. His communication is very poor. He continually moves goal posts to make it feel like progress. And in the end takes payment for services NOT rendered. Eventually I had to do the whole thing myself. Michael Rock is not trustworthy and hopefully other people in the middle of their "case" right now are reading this and can just fire this "lawyer."

I reached out to this attorney because I was experiencing issues with my landlords. Mr. Rock contacted right away, and reviewed my documents and addressed the concerns in relation to the laws and my lease agreement. He explained what I was legally entitled to do, as well as the consequences of thos...e decisions. Its good to know what your rights are, but its better to know how the course of action may impact you, as well. I feel like a burden was taken off me speaking with him because I was told by my landlord what i better or better not do - it was scary for me. I will certainly turn to him if there are other concerns, as well as refer him to others. He did not rush my time and was very polite and considerate.
