My first experience with Mr. Parnell generated the "best case" – "winning results" any client facing two felony counts (Possession of Class 2 Controlled Substance & Bringing A Class 3 Controlled Substance (Contraband) into a jail) could so desire. - FINAL RESULT: BOTH COUNTS DISMISSED 100% WITHOUT EV...EN GOING TO TRIAL! Mr. Parnell was always well-dressed, highly professional in and out of the courtroom and followed a well-defined, concise approach & process that produced the desired results we hoped to achieve. When I first met David he wanted to understand the incident from the very beginning. He took well written notes and asked a number of questions to make sure there were no mistakes, all before talking to the Prosecuting Attorney. David's ability to investigate the situation and gather the facts about the case were unbelievable. David denied the Prosecutor's best offer, as well as the Prosecutor's request for yet another adjournment of our case. While David presented our case and supporting evidence to the judge he highlighted my innocence, even remembering details from our very first meeting several months back. He made it very clear to the Judge that we had provided more than enough supporting documentation, even more than what the Prosecutor asked for, and that the two felony counts should be dismissed since there were valid prescriptions on file. Furthermore, David made it known that any further delay by the Prosecutor was a detriment to my personal well-being and livelihood with my career. The Judge agreed with David 100% and issued the dismissals without hesitation. My experience with David was the absolute best experience I have ever had with any criminal situation. I will hire David again and I recommend anyone looking for results to hire him as well.
