Eric Laurence Pazner

I retained Mr. Pazner a year ago last December. I was very disenchanted with my previous attorney. He was recommended to me by a friend who said he was one of the best attorneys in town. Well,he wasn't the best but he was one of the most expensive attorneys in town. Maximum fees, minimum results. Nin...e months after retaining him, all we had acomplished was the custody schudule. he never returned my calls. The bills were excessive.He wasted tons of money dancing around with my ex- wife's Attorney never getting anything accomplished. I found Eric to be a breath of fresh air. He"s a straight shooter, right to the point. He laid it out and kept it clean and simple. He stuck to his fee agreement, returned my calls promptly and handled issues so fast that when I called him upset about that particular issue he assured me that I didn't need to worry that it was already taken care of. I wasn't used to that. It took me a while to not panic every time I saw a threatening e-mail from her attorney. He's a very kind person and he's a really good guy. He's one of those hard on the outside soft on the inside kind of people. You won't see that very often with family law attorneys. Three months after I retained him I was divorced end of. story no muss no fuss. He's honest and sincere he doesn't make promises he can't keep. If you're looking for a straight up guy that gets the job done efficiently and honestly, then he's your man. I can't recommend him enough. I am still working with him actively and am confident I will be doing so for the next couple years(in lieu of of the pain in the you know what my ex is!). All I can tell you is, thank God I have him!!!

I am involved in an extremely confrontational divorce case with an ex-spouse that tries to use the legal system to extort money, limit my time with our children, and basically defame me in court on a regular basis. Prior to retaining Mr. Pazner, I would, for lack of a better phrase, "get run over" b...y the system but since I've had him onboard, he has effectively negotiated thru very difficult situations and has been very effective at securing fair and just rulings. His vast knowledge of family law, court-room savy and aggressive yet respectful personality has led to very positive results for my case. My only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner - I'm sure he could have saved me thousands of dollars and many nights of restless sleep.

I used Mr Pazner from 08 to 09 in a child custody dispute. I felt that he was a competent and knowlegable attorney. I felt that some of his tactics were unnecessary and very costly. He seemed to waste money and I kept him supplied with cash under threat of stopping working on my case.After spending o...ver $11,000.00 Mr Pazner felt that he was entitled to a $500.00 bonus and kept the balance stating it was from a "trust" account. Mr pazner is quite competent but, I feel you can get the job done for much cheaper.

My first lawyer was like my mother. "He's a good boy, your honor." While I appreciated the accolades, it got me no where in the legal system. I lost several motions filed by my ex over parenting time and support. Over the next several years, my son continued to tearfully indicate to me that he wa...nted to live with me. While I had joint custody and saw him every other weekend, it simply wasn't enough for him AND me. Of course, my ex didn't care what my son thought. To give him to me would mean that the gravy train had pulled into the station and she would no longer be in the driver's seat. My son went into a tail spin and did poorly emotionally and academically. It was then that I decided that enough was enough. I got rid of my lawyer and went with Pazner. During our first meeting, Eric laid everything out for me. I knew what motions were going to filed, what subpoenas would be issued, and how long it would take, best case scenario. Eric was always forthright, upfront, and never tried to snowball me. He was always available when I called and answered the phone personally during many late night calls. Voicemails were promptly returned. He updated me and reminded me of upcoming hearings with calls from his car, his home, and whenever he may have been out of town. He was always on top of things and was ready for anything the other side might attempt to pull out of their hat. We were always one step ahead of them. Needless to say, my ex and her cocky lawyer never knew what hit them. They were left with no choice but to react to everything Eric threw at them. In a short time, my ex finally agreed to the court motion awarding me full custody of my son. Since that time, my son has flourished. He's doing better in school and is well on his way to being a happy, well adjusted kid. I couldn't have done it without Eric Pazner. My only regret is that I didn't go with him to handle my divorce. Guys, trust me when I say you can't go wrong with this law firm.

I can not thank Eric enough! My life has changed 180 degrees for the better. I was having persistant issues with my ex refusing parenting time and exerting control over every aspect of me and my son's relationship. Eric faught hard to help me regain my rights as a father. Now, not only do I have ...a say-so in my son's life, my ex and I get along better than ever. Eric's ability as a lawyer initially forced her hand in allowing me to be a regular part of my son's life, but now her and I can openly discuss raising him, without the fights and arguments that was driving a wedge in our own relationships with our son. I would highly reccommend Eric and his team. He helped me through the very scary and intimidating court process and always explained everything in a very personable way. I not only call Eric my lawyer, but I consider him a friend.
