I consulted with Eric regarding my case, he was very impatient and shows no compassion to fathers. I don’t understand how he can advertise as a supporter of fathers rights. It’s a gimmick, and marketing scheme. It’s evident he just leaches on to easy cases to earn a living. Based on his tone and deme...anor, I think the positive reviews here a made up. I do not recommend.

I hired Eric for my divorce case. He misrepresented me in child custody, spousal support and alimony. He just charged me tens of thousands of dollars. Even few years after the divorce I am still bleeding and paying for the issues he messed up. In simple words he is just a vulture coming to eat the co...rpses of a dying family. For child support he completely lied to me when I hired him and he did nothing what he promised. For alimony he completely kept me in dark and made the worst possible deal for me. BUT yes - he was very professional in charging me the money. He charged me four times than what he told me in the beginning. Now I know the system after dealing with the system for few years (basically because of Eric's irresponsibilities), the same could have been done in much better way in one fourth of the money. I request Avvo to add negative stars to rating as it hurts to give him even one star.

I hired Eric back in 2015 help establish a parenting schedule for my son and again in 2017 when we had a disagreement of where my son should attend school. He was very knowledgeable and informative of the process and what to expect. Eric and his team did a great job communicating with me making sure... I was doing what I wanted to do and didn’t push for me make decisions I didn’t fell comfortable with. His willingness to take a case in another county makes it nice to have the guidance when needed here without dealing with lawyers in Bay City where my son lives.

Mr. Pazner got me everything that I wanted and more. I was nervous to go to court with my ex over legal custody and parenting time because for years she had had complete control over my son and my interactions with him. I wanted a great attorney, and didn't know who I could trust to actively repres...ent me and my interests, not just do the bare minimum and end up conceding a lot to the other party. I met with Eric for an initial consultation and was very impressed with the way he carried himself, very confident and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and gave me a scenario that he thought would happen and what I deserved. It all sounded good...until we discussed fees. I was dismayed to hear his fees were higher than I had anticipated and so I tried to find another attorney. I interviewed several others, some that were cheaper and some that were around the same, but none of them felt as sure a bet as it did with Eric. So, despite the fees, which I looked at as "It's just money...I can get more money but I have this one chance here to get it right for my son," I moved forward with Eric. And I am so grateful that I did. Everything was handled professionally and promptly and I always felt that Eric was in complete control of the situation. I worried of course that it still may not go as smoothly once we got to court but it did. Eric negotiated quickly and got me everything that I wanted, and a little more. It was a great experience. So, if you are like me and thinking, maybe I can get a cheaper lawyer, don't. When it comes to looking out for your own rights you want someone who is going to protect your best interests. Eric is the best.

My story. I was suprised when I came home from a trip. My wife of 29 years was gone with the things she wanted. On New Years Day I called 2 attorneys. Eric called the next day, which was the day the holiday was observed. Talking to him, he explained he always is working. We scheduled an appointment w...ithin 2 days. He filed the paperwork to the county in 24 hours of our meeting. This gave us control of the process. Eric had explained that he specializes in divorce. It was a fact. He was always ahead of the process. For example: at our first mediation her attorney had brought 4 pages, 2 introduction and 2 pages of spreadsheet. Eric had 10 pages which explained the events entirely along with backup. The final outcome was fair to her and I, as far as I was concerned and something I could live with. Our team also included Sandy and Nicole. Sandy and Nicole are caring, informative and professional. I recommend Eric highly. Along with Sandy and Nicole I know I can always call and hear a friendly voice and get professional advice.
