Eric Laurence Pazner

I hired Eric for my divorce case. He misrepresented me in child custody, spousal support and alimony. He just charged me tens of thousands of dollars. Even few years after the divorce I am still bleeding and paying for the issues he messed up. In simple words he is just a vulture coming to eat the co...rpses of a dying family. For child support he completely lied to me when I hired him and he did nothing what he promised. For alimony he completely kept me in dark and made the worst possible deal for me. BUT yes - he was very professional in charging me the money. He charged me four times than what he told me in the beginning. Now I know the system after dealing with the system for few years (basically because of Eric's irresponsibilities), the same could have been done in much better way in one fourth of the money. Mr. Pazner got me everything that I wanted and more. I was nervous to go to court with my ex over legal custody and parenting time because for years she had had complete control over my son and my interactions with him. I wanted a great attorney, and didn't know who I could trust to actively repres...ent me and my interests, not just do the bare minimum and end up conceding a lot to the other party. I met with Eric for an initial consultation and was very impressed with the way he carried himself, very confident and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and gave me a scenario that he thought would happen and what I deserved. It all sounded good...until we discussed fees. I was dismayed to hear his fees were higher than I had anticipated and so I tried to find another attorney. I interviewed several others, some that were cheaper and some that were around the same, but none of them felt as sure a bet as it did with Eric. So, despite the fees, which I looked at as "It's just money...I can get more money but I have this one chance here to get it right for my son," I moved forward with Eric. And I am so grateful that I did. Everything was handled professionally and promptly and I always felt that Eric was in complete control of the situation. I worried of course that it still may not go as smoothly once we got to court but it did. Eric negotiated quickly and got me everything that I wanted, and a little more. It was a great experience. So, if you are like me and thinking, maybe I can get a cheaper lawyer, don't. When it comes to looking out for your own rights you want someone who is going to protect your best interests. Eric is the best.

I first hired another attorney to handle my divorce. That was a HUGE mistake. That attorney was totally unresponsive, didn’t have any type of strategy for my case and billed me a tremendous amount of money. Because of that poor representation, I faced enormous alimony and parenting time issues ...after my divorce was finalized. I then hired Eric Pazner to represent me for those post-judgment issues. It was the best decision that I could have made. I realized that I must have hired one of the very best divorce attorneys when my ex’s attorney withdrew from the case when she found out that I was now being represented by Eric and would not be bulldozed anymore. Eric did an extraordinary job representing me. At our first meeting, he was already carving out a strategy on how to handle and attack the alimony and parenting issues. I left that first meeting feeling more confident than I had ever felt before in my case because I knew that Eric understand everything about my case, really knew what I wanted and had a clear plan on how he was going to get for me what I wanted. Eric ALWAYS responded the same day to my emails and phone calls, and I was never left hanging to get my questions answered or wondering about what was going on with my case. At court, he was well-prepared and definitely knew his way around the court room. He knew everyone and seemed to be well respected. I know people hate to pay attorney fees, but Eric’s fees were always fair and I feel that he earned every cent that I paid him, fighting for me. Eric was relentless in advocating for me. And the most important thing is that he got great results for me! I hate to think what could have happened if I didn’t hire Eric. I’m glad that Eric was in my corner! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family, who need a tough attorney that knows what he is doing.

After 8 years battling with his ex about parenting time, her playing the system against him, and minipulating him, it was time to hire a lawyer and put a stop to the nonsense before another 8 years passed. Eric was a perfect fit! Listen, I'm a divorced mom and am lucky that it is amicable, but most ...divorces are not. I have witnessed some bitter, controlling women minipulate situations and leverage sympathy from the courts resulting in rulings unfavorable to Dads. It just isn't a fair system for Dads w/o someone there to protect them against the well disguised mistreatment. Eric cuts through that BS with facts, evidence & witnesses. His 25+ years experience in the system is apparent in his knowledge, composure, directness and advice. He was able to get the results he wanted and even a bit more in 1/2 the time expected...and reconciled his account with money back. A hefty up front cost but worth every dollar to have this behind him and spending quality time with his son knowing she can no longer control and minipulate his deserving quality time with his son. But gentleman, don't expect to be passive in this relationship. Eric is a good coach, he will tell you the things you need to do to be the active parent the courts expect of you...heed his advice and do it.

I am a older college student that has made some mistakes in my life, I also have a 5 year old, with a woman that I am no longer with. I was not about to let my child make the same mistakes I did, if there was absolutely anything I could do about it. I was referred to Eric and I met with him and immed...iately knew this was an honest man that believed fathers deserved equal representation and a fair shot at being heard by the court of law. I went to him explaining that I had very little money, but wanted to put my child in the best school district as possible, which would give him opportunities in the hopes that he would not make the same mistakes as me. Not only did Eric work with me, he got me the results I wanted for a fair and reasonable price. I want to say thank you Eric for sticking by me and helping me get through this.
