Eric Laurence Pazner

Very rushed. Very difficult to work with. Not prepared at all. Did not prepare me at all for the next steps. Never returns emails or calls in a timely manner. Would be days before hearing back. Only interested when wanting more money. I paid over $70k for Eric and Ashley to get ran over by my ex wif...e's attorney. I cannot express enough to NEVER use them!!!

I hired Eric for my divorce case. He misrepresented me in child custody, spousal support and alimony. He just charged me tens of thousands of dollars. Even few years after the divorce I am still bleeding and paying for the issues he messed up. In simple words he is just a vulture coming to eat the co...rpses of a dying family. For child support he completely lied to me when I hired him and he did nothing what he promised. For alimony he completely kept me in dark and made the worst possible deal for me. BUT yes - he was very professional in charging me the money. He charged me four times than what he told me in the beginning. Now I know the system after dealing with the system for few years (basically because of Eric's irresponsibilities), the same could have been done in much better way in one fourth of the money. I request Avvo to add negative stars to rating as it hurts to give him even one star.

Men, for many reasons I chose legal separation. Being a better husband, being a better father was always my game plan - leaving the door open to reconciliation - no question, especially when kids are involved. But when circumstances go beyond your control, and marital problems arise, you need excell...ent legal help. I believe in Eric Pazner and his attention to detail. I believe he has your best interests in mind. And what is that interest? What we all want in life...peace of mind. Peace of mind knowing that what you are doing is the right thing.

I hired Pazner.....These 5 star reviews make no sense to me. He blew my Divorce. I now question the accuracy of this AVVO site. My review will probably get deleted because I have nothing good to say about this attorney. I'll post anonymously because I am still shell shocked at the devastation th...at this guy and my ex wife's attorney collaborated on carrying out to my pain and loss. I'm serious. Look out for this guy. Does AVVO allow negative stars?

Eric was very helpful representing me with a motion to review parenting time and custody. He always responded promptly and provided great counsel through the whole process. He is very well spoken and presented himself and my argument very well in court and I was able to get most of what I was asking ...for. Great!
