Eric Laurence Pazner

We are still in the midst of modifying a divorce decree, and my ex wife's change of domicile. So far, I don't think that we could be happier with the services of both Eric and Sandra. Not only have they proven to be efficient and effective, they have been kind and thoughtful. They have listened to... our concerns and always offered encouragement and kind words. Eric had an unjust warrant vacated in 2 days, only charging us $300 (we had been quoted $1500 everywhere else). He never gave up on us, even when we could no longer pay for his services. That being said, even if his fees are higher than the norm (which in my research, they aren't), he is well worth every penny. This firm is the light in the midst of a dark situation.

My divorce was the absolute worst ordeal that I have had to contend with in my 36 years of living. I was up against lies, allegations, out of control costs, losing a home, children and business. Eric Pazner guided me out of that mess. He was aggressive and realistic about my situation. In the end... of this nightmare I have joint legal custody, my house, pay fair child support, and most importantly a new begining with my kids.

I was basically a broken man when I heard Eric's commercial on the radio talking about Father's Rights for Equality in Divorce (FRED). I maintained joint legal custody during the entire divorce process. I held my ground and did as Eric advised enduring everything from false allegations to investigations from the Friend of the Court to a Personal Protection Order against me. I knew my wife was and still is a reactionary type of an individual and with Eric's input we kept her in the ropes on a regular basis. My ex-wife fired her first Attorney out of frustration due to the fact that Eric soundly defeated her in court as she attempted to gain exclusive use of the marital home. It was a long tough battle but in the end I got my house back. Eric convinced the Judge to order my ex to make three house payments upon my return into the marital home. Eric also took her back to court and convinced the Judge to order her to return many items to the marital home that she took when she illegally decided to clean out the house with two moving trucks and her family. Eric also fought hard and ensured that I was awarded fifty percent of her retirement and that she got a pitiful amount from my Military Retirement. I also enjoy basically fifty/fifty joint legal custody of my son. And finally I enjoy the fact that she gets minimal child support.

I am involved in an extremely confrontational divorce case with an ex-spouse that tries to use the legal system to extort money, limit my time with our children, and basically defame me in court on a regular basis. Prior to retaining Mr. Pazner, I would, for lack of a better phrase, "get run over" b...y the system but since I've had him onboard, he has effectively negotiated thru very difficult situations and has been very effective at securing fair and just rulings. My only regret is that I didn't hire him sooner - I'm sure he could have saved me thousands of dollars and many nights of restless sleep.
