Eric Laurence Pazner

I hired Pazner.....These 5 star reviews make no sense to me. He blew my Divorce. I now question the accuracy of this AVVO site. My review will probably get deleted because I have nothing good to say about this attorney. I'll post anonymously because I am still shell shocked at the devastation th...at this guy and my ex wife's attorney collaborated on carrying out to my pain and loss. I'm serious. Look out for this guy. Does AVVO allow negative stars?

My story. I was suprised when I came home from a trip. My wife of 29 years was gone with the things she wanted. On New Years Day I called 2 attorneys. Eric called the next day, which was the day the holiday was observed. Talking to him, he explained he always is working. We scheduled an appointment w...ithin 2 days. He filed the paperwork to the county in 24 hours of our meeting. This gave us control of the process. Eric had explained that he specializes in divorce. It was a fact. He was always ahead of the process. For example: at our first mediation her attorney had brought 4 pages, 2 introduction and 2 pages of spreadsheet. Eric had 10 pages which explained the events entirely along with backup. The final outcome was fair to her and I, as far as I was concerned and something I could live with. Our team also included Sandy and Nicole. Sandy and Nicole are caring, informative and professional. I recommend Eric highly. Along with Sandy and Nicole I know I can always call and hear a friendly voice and get professional advice.

I hired Eric Pazner in 2016 as my divorce attorney. Like many people I was uneducated about my rights as a married man. Eric was very clear about my rights as well as what i could expect from a divorce. His legal team was very professional and honest with me when ever i had questions or doubts. W...ith the help of Eric and his team I made smart legal decisions like not moving out of my home during the divorce process, filing first, and keeping on good terms with my wife during this time. In the end I chose to reconcile with my wife instead of completing my divorce case. Eric supported me with my decision to stop proceedings and reassured me that he would help guide me in any decision I felt was best for my family. In the future if I ever need legal counsel Eric Pazner will be my first call.

I first hired another attorney to handle my divorce. That was a HUGE mistake. That attorney was totally unresponsive, didn’t have any type of strategy for my case and billed me a tremendous amount of money. Because of that poor representation, I faced enormous alimony and parenting time issues ...after my divorce was finalized. I then hired Eric Pazner to represent me for those post-judgment issues. It was the best decision that I could have made. I realized that I must have hired one of the very best divorce attorneys when my ex’s attorney withdrew from the case when she found out that I was now being represented by Eric and would not be bulldozed anymore. Eric did an extraordinary job representing me. At our first meeting, he was already carving out a strategy on how to handle and attack the alimony and parenting issues. I left that first meeting feeling more confident than I had ever felt before in my case because I knew that Eric understand everything about my case, really knew what I wanted and had a clear plan on how he was going to get for me what I wanted. Eric ALWAYS responded the same day to my emails and phone calls, and I was never left hanging to get my questions answered or wondering about what was going on with my case. At court, he was well-prepared and definitely knew his way around the court room. He knew everyone and seemed to be well respected. I know people hate to pay attorney fees, but Eric’s fees were always fair and I feel that he earned every cent that I paid him, fighting for me. Eric was relentless in advocating for me. And the most important thing is that he got great results for me! I hate to think what could have happened if I didn’t hire Eric. I’m glad that Eric was in my corner! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family, who need a tough attorney that knows what he is doing.
