Mark got involved with my real estate sale when my Realtor was in over her head and the buyer was seeking to get out and to keep an entire EMD. Mark worked with me on not only the real estate matter, but communicated with third parties trying to remedy an issue at the property for me, at no cost. W...hen a second offer came in, he assisted in drafting the counter, protecting me when that buyer walked as well. He was always easy to get a hold of, returned calls when he could not answer and had reassuring replies when I was very frustrated with the whole process. At the end of the day, with these positive experiences working with Mark, I ended up choosing to hire his real estate company to list my home.
