Satisfied

By the end of our divorce matter, I believe my spouse had more faith in Mr. Chioiini than his own attorney. He is very credible, polite, and respectful and he seems to garner the same respect by those he comes in contact with.

Superb Attorney

After being laid off in a very bad economy, I started my own business (which needless to say, I had many legal hurdles). Mr. Chioni has represented me since day one and continues to assist me with all of my daily legal matters. Today my business has grown substantially and we are close to opening our 3rd facility. FANTASTIC FIRM

I can’t begin to say how great Mr Randy Chioini and his staff are ! Samantha was an Angel as well as Bonnie. Randy is a fantastic lawyer even up against the toughest - he knows his law and I couldn’t have have the outcome I did without him at my side. He’s got a caring personality, up front with honesty and that’s what you want , not someone that just tells you what you want to hear to have you retain them . I was so blessed to find him and his staff since the divorce was filed in Michigan and since I’ve moved back to Florida, I can’t thank his firm enough for all their help with dealing with the distance ! Highly Recommend

When dealing with complex family law issues it is IMPERATIVE that you have the right attorney on your side. After wasting time and $ with the wrong attorney, I was fortunate enough to have crossed paths with Randall and his staff. Total game changer. Randall, Samantha , Bonnie and all other staff members I interacted with were extremely knowledgeable & professional. Randall’s knowledge of the laws and processes along with his court presence was undeniable and it was evident that he is highly respected in our venue (Macomb). Trustworthy and Consciousness

Change of Domicile

Randy Chioni and his team were the perfect fit for my Change of Domicile case. It seemed daunting and overwhelming until I interviewed and hired Randy. He took the time to understand every aspect of my complex case. Every step along the way, there was clear communication and support on their end. Even weekend phone calls from Randy when he was on vacation with his own family! I never doubted that he truly had anything but my best interest and that was priceless during so many sleepless nights that an important, life-altering case can bring. Randy not only has many connections throughout the courts, but also he can think outside the box and draw upon his education in unusual and changing circumstances- such as Covid-19, to apply something that may never have been tried before in the family courts. Divorce and post divorce dealing with civilian & military retirement funds and minor child custody & visitation. I am sure you have heard the old joke: What do you call a 1000 lawyers at the bottom of lake St Clair? A good start. Well I am glad that Randy is not a part of that group. He is and his team are a bred apart from your typical over priced, minimal representation lawyers that do absolutely nothing for you. I was very apprehensive about obtaining a lawyer when my divorce started but I am extremely glad I found him and his team. From initial consultation, to present date, Randy, Samantha and Bonnie have absolutely impressed me with everything they do. They are all extremely competent, responsive, honest, compassionate and sincere in everything they do. I have always felt like I am the only person they currently represent because there was never a time that I could not reach out to them and receive a response (to include late nights and weekends).
