My wife and I were looking to rehab and sell her inherited house in Warren. Mark was a pleasure to work with. When it came time to list the house, we wanted to go FSBO as much as possible. Mark tailored his program to 'fill in the blanks' where we were inexperienced. While we did the showings, he... provided the supplies, guidance and forms that are critical to successful negotiations. We are glad we hired him. Without him, we may have "sold" to some company offering to sell our property for us, on a land contract or something we didn't even really understand. When we went FSBO we got so many crazy responses, but few real buyers. We considered one or two, and Mark informed us why we DID NOT want to accept such a deal. Glad we listened. He would come to our home, discuss big picture considerations, and he lead us down the best path for our family. He always explained things and educated us, which we appreciated. He even knew just what the buyers would say in reply to our comments so we felt very prepared. Mark coordinated with the Title Co. and sat in on the closing.
