Wonderful!

Heidi was great with me. She went with me to the UIA judge, gave a great argument according to the facts and truth. The judge ruled in my favor and I got my unemployment benefits back. She always answered my emails in a timely manner and put me at ease.

Highly Recommended!!!

Heidi's attention to our case was nothing less than wonderful. Her knowledge of employment law and procedures exceeded my expectations. My questions were answered in a timely fashion either by email or by telephone and she was always willing to meet with us after hours when it was more convenient wit...h our work schedules. I would recommend Heidi and her firm without hesitation and am looking forward to retaining them for my company's future legal needs !!

Run...now!

Extremely unresponsive to client concerns. Attempting to handle a large caseload has compromised the protection of those not in line for a "huge" payday. Reckless behavior and lack of prompt action jeopardized my case. Does not review material (chock full of incomplete information and date errors)... sent on her behalf. When confornted with concerns regarding her lack of follow-up, becomes combative and solely interested in displacing blame. You will be better served by someone who truly understands employment law and has YOUR best interest in mind.

I have been practicing Labor & Employment law for five years under the supervision of an attorney with more than 20 years experience in employment litigation. I have made employment matters my main focus and study. During that time, I have learned to closely examine the facts and analyze client situations to determine whether a particular case has merit. When I declined to take this person’s case after a careful and thorough review of the facts , I explained why I believed his case could not be prosecuted successfully. He did not agree with my analysis and reacted by attacking me personally in this forum. My clients are my main focus and I spend extensive time on each case assisting each person honestly and professionally.
