Biography
I spent a decade as a commercial real estate ("CRE") lender and banker with Michigan National and its successors. While a CRE lender, I attended and graduated from law school, earned my real estate broker's license and I obtained my mortgage broker's license (NMLS 379753) as well.
As the broker for and owner of Lawyers Realty, LLC, we work closely with Family Law attorneys to assist their divorce and probate clients with real estate sales, purchases and financings.
Past Transactions:
The legal work I do for clients comes mainly from referred, failed real estate transactions; land contracts, construction issues, and purchases.
