Outstanding and Knowledgeable

My family needed some help changing the status of our foreign exchange student so we contacted Ghazal. After hearing our situation she was able to answer our questions quickly and accurately! Excellent Immigration Attorney

My wife and I started working with Ms. Mehrani about two years ago in April 2018. At the time we had gotten into a difficult visa situation after my wife's change of status application got denied and left her without a legal status. While we consulted with many lawyers, she gave us the best advice an...d we decided to work with her to resolve the visa issue. Her excellent work helped us get a valid status for my wife. After that, in June 2019, we worked with her on our Green Card application. She filed our i485 in July 2019. In Feb 2020 she traveled to Atlanta to join us for the interview and went to great lengths to make sure that the officer was satisfied with the documents we provided (including travelling from downtown Atlanta to USCIS after the interview to personally hand the officer some extra documents she had asked us). And 3 weeks later in March 2020 our Green Card application got approved. Highly recommend her for immigration related services.

Not a good NIW attorney

She did a very poor job for my NIW case. I had a strong case but got rejected. She might be a good lawyer for other immigration categories but she does not have good strategies for NIW.

Excellent Attorney: diligent, meticulous, and honest work

When I first contacted Ghazal, I was in a quite desperate situation: my OPT extension application has been denied and so I lost my job and I was also out of status. I needed to immediately file for my adjustment of status. She worked very quickly with me in preparing all the required material and we ...could file my application in 5 business days. She showed great care to the details in my application (e.g., she found missing pages in some of my documents, etc.). I have worked with two other immigration attorneys before, and I can honestly assert that she's produced the best practice I've anticipated from an immigration attorney. Now I've got my permanent residency and I thank Ghazal for all her helps. I highly recommend her.
