Biography
Kevin J. Abruzzese, Esq. graduated from the New York Institute of Technology in 1996 where he was a four year member of their Division I baseball team. Mr. Abruzzese’s competitive nature extended from the baseball field to the legal field in 1998 when he began working as a certified paralegal. During his time as a certified paralegal he played an instrumental role assisting lawyers in all aspects of litigation. While working days as a certified paralegal Mr. Abruzzese attended Touro Law School’s four year night program and in 2006 was admitted as a member to the New York State Bar. As a newly admitted lawyer Mr. Abruzzese worked as an associate putting the knowledge he had acquired as a paralegal and in law school into action before starting his own law practice fully equipped with the qualities you need in a lawyer. Impossible to contact again...
You can never get this attorney on the phone. All you get is a recorded message. Spoke once to the attorney, and when I was ready to hire, all my phone messages were never answered, I called several times and was ignored. I even tried to contact him here with no response. Replied last February 05, 2017I was never hired by this individual and we never had an in person consultation. We spoke one time on the phone at which time she was not ready to hire a lawyer. When she called back weeks later I had taken on other cases in the interim and was no longer available to devote my full attention to her case which was explained to her the same day she called. While I am not obligated to call anyone who is not a client back, I always make it a priority to call anyone who leaves a message back whether they are a client or not within 24 hours. Further, while I appreciate the referral her friend was called back on the same day after 5:00 pm as requested and my call went unanswered.
