Joe helped talk me through my entire traffic situation, giving me all the essential info I would need to help myself through the case. He also layed out what he could do to help me but pointed out that if I approach it the right way it could possibly be done myself. It’s reassuring that someone peopl...

I had received a speeding infraction. My first in over 20 years. I am a CDL holder but have not used it (12 years) since being fully retired from the military and granted 100 percent disability from my injuries sustained while serving. I just hang on to it for some type of self worth, I'd had enoug...

I got into a bit of a sticky situation bunging a SUV while under questionable status with my license. They weren't hurt thankfully. Joe Morris was there again, responding within 2 minutes, understanding, caring and incisive. Wonderful attorney. 500/500. Seems no challenge is too great or small. ...

I spoke with Mr. Morris on the phone asking for advice about testifying at a hearing and what my rights were. I texted him some paperwork and he called me back with some information. I appreciated his promptness at getting back to me. Very caring and kind and put my mind at ease. I would definit...

Joe was not my sons lawyer but I just needed some reassurance about a few things. He called me back the same day and spoke to me and unexplained that we have 365 days to file a modification for our sons time being served, which was never mentioned by the court appointed attorney. He gave me many opti...
Thank you and good luck.
"Joe truly cares about his clients. He takes the time to understand them and talk with them. He goes above and beyond to get them the best deal possible. He is a great advocate for his clients. Joe is the most knowledgeable person I know in Criminal Defense. He is highly respected by his peers and clients."
"Joe is widely respected as one of the most knowledgeable and versed attorneys around. If there is ever a matter our office is not able to attend to, Joe is a great resource to refer those individuals to. I know Joe to be courteous and friendly with the members of the bar but equally zealous when representing his client. I can say that Joe is a friend and a very challenging adversary at the same time. Often times matters are not best handled by being confrontational in negotiations and Joe understands this and is agreeable to working through issues but understands when and where to draw the line in his clients interest. Joe is one attorney that I know I am not sneaking anything by."
"I've known Joe for 20 years, and consulted with him many times over that period. I've recommended criminal clients to him, who themselves were extremely pleased with the representation and outcome."
