I hired Stipp in 2013 to handle my divorce. I was moving to South Carolina with my job. He told me not to worry that he had my back. My wife had the better lawyer and walked away with much more than she was entitled to. I was taking medication for depression at the time and my thinking was impaired. ...There were questions that should have been asked that never were. For example, I had built up over 4000 of my 5000 points toward a military retirement before we were married. She was only entitled to half of 20% of that retirement but walked away with half. When we met to settle and divide everything with my wife and her lawyer, Stipp kept checking his watch in the afternoon.
