I had received a speeding infraction. My first in over 20 years. I am a CDL holder but have not used it (12 years) since being fully retired from the military and granted 100 percent disability from my injuries sustained while serving. I just hang on to it for some type of self worth, I'd had enoug...h taken from me. Having an exceptional clean driving record, I thought I would qualify for at least some type of deferral. I was not aware of the recent CDL rules/laws that prohibited my chances. It is hard to put into words on what Joe has provided my family and I during this process. Joe is very upfront and doesn't give false hope.
