Honestly I do not enjoy writing much, but I have to let the world know about this genius that helped me. In April of this year my mom asked me to open a credit card to pay for flight tickets. It was supposed to be no more than $700. She said she would pay it off in 2 months. Robert takes the the time to explain things thoroughly when you get overwhelmed by the process. My case took 2 years and he still had time every step of the way to talk to me when needed.
