Of course Matthew A. Passen is a talented trial attorney, but what makes him different is that he personally cares deeply for his clients. He tries to put himself in their shoes to understand the pain that they have suffered, how the disaster has changed their lives and how that suffering has affected their families. Only by knowing his clients and their circumstances fully, can he understand the true value of their case. Matthew is a tireless fighter for his clients and their families’ and is prepared to take their cases to jury verdict if the other side remains unreasonable.
